During my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Naples, I appreciated the sparkling cleanliness of the hotel and the quick check-in process. The staff treated me like I was special, which made my experience nice. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a lack of toiletries and noise from the air conditioning unit, which detracted from the overall comfort.
